Many people need legal services but are intimidated by the cost and process.

Employees can benefit from prepaid legal services that are easy to access and affordable

Toll-free telephone and personal consultations are provided at no charge to covered members and their spouse, when provided through a participating lawyer. Some plans reimburse fees from non-participating lawyers up to an annual maximum (i.e. $500).

Employees voluntarily choose to participate and should be able to continue coverage when they leave the group.

The cost of plans range from $3 to $21 monthly depending on the scope and depth of service provided.

Some limitation may apply (i.e. uncontested divorce, 4 hours for dispute protection)

Watch out for network marketing companies that use most of the price to pay commissions and bonuses to numerous levels of marketers. In some cases, only a third of the revenue is left for the legal firm providing the service!
