Originally developed in dBase IV, this program was rewritten in Access versions 1, 2, 7 and 9.

- Organization name.
- Types of absentees to track.
- Which absences to trigger intervention.
- Accumulated duration of absences that trigger intervention.
- Number of absences that trigger intervention.
- Period to monitor frequency and duration of absences.
- Divisions and subdivisions of employees.
- Payroll categories.
- Holiday schedule.
