Employees need help

How we can help

PAPILLON focuses on finding the best solution for the client. We want to help employees with information, education and research so he or she knows the options available. He or she can then make an informed choice about parent and eldercare services. He or she can then get back to work.

Below is an outline of our core services and programs.

We also have the flexibility to provide customized services and programs to meet the needs of the client.

Seniors' Solutions Seminars ©

We provide one to two hour informative seminars on housing and independent living alternatives for employees dealing with eldercare issues. Topics include:

Consultation Referral Services

Initial Consultation

One-on-one meeting with the client(s) and or the family, assessing needs, and providing information of a general nature on independent living alternatives. Usually takes one to two hours. After the Initial Consultation, client(s) can choose one or a combination of our packaged services, or retain the services of a Consultant on an hourly basis. Our fees are reasonable.

Home Inspection Assistance

We take the client(s) and or the family to look at identified housing options. A Consultant from PAPILLON sets up appointments with the appropriate agents, property managers or retirement home administrators.

Independent Living Alternatives Report

A personalized report after consultation with the client(s), conducting a needs assessment, researching and identifying alternatives. The report includes details of the three best matched alternatives based on the client's financial, emotional and social needs.

Support Co-ordination Services

If the decision is made to "age in place" in the current home, then we help with the identification and co-ordination of local support services for the older adult, as well as ongoing monitoring of the services if needed. Support services would include such things as homemaking, personal assistance with bathing, dressing etc.

Home Relocation Services

If moving to another home is the best alternative, PAPILLON can help with the paperwork and co-ordinate the move to the new location. We can also arrange for the services of reputable moving companies and real estate agents.

Other Services

PAPILLON has a network of associates for other services that might be needed including; moving companies, lawyers, financial planners, occupational therapists, home care services, travel agents, renovators, physical aids distributors, and real estate agents. PAPILLON does not receive, nor pay, a referral fee from these associates.
