Systems are documented, staff are cross-trained and specialists are contracted to provide support when necessary.

Financial Risk

Health spending account deposits are held in a segregated trust fund and $1 million insurance is in place in the event of errors or omissions and for fraudulent acts.

Performance Risk

Contracts have 30-day termination clauses to give clients the freedom to change consultants, brokers, supplies or administrators.
